外太空"启明星"上的"东宫太子"龙宇因为星球发生叛乱而被父王用光束送到了地球，与地球上的儿童文博成为了伙伴。龙宇使用超能力帮助文博的过程中，惹怒了混迹在附近的两个老混混"哼哈二将"，并被"哼哈二将"无意中得知了龙宇的超能力来自于身上的玉玺吊坠并打算抢夺过来，由此引发了一系列混乱而又冒险的故事。
